Never had eyelash extensions before?
Here is what to expect on your first visit!
Aim to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
Your eyelashes must be free of any mascara and oily residues to maximize the retention of your extensions.
Make sure to remove contacts
Keep your phone on vibrate, your eyes will be closed for the entire appointment. You may listen to your own music and take calls with headphones on. Keep in mind, the less you move the better the quality of work.
To avoid fidgeting fluttery eyes please avoid coffee or caffeine.
Next you get to sit on a very comfortable reclining chair!
After a thorough consultation to narrow down what lengths and types of looks work for your eye shape and face, the lashing begins!
After your eyes are secured and closed, you can expect the lashing time to be around 60-150 minutes
(depending on your service)
Keep your eyes closed until told otherwise to avoid any loose lashes from getting into your eyes.
One synthetic mink extension is adhered to one natural eyelash.
On average, We shed 3-5 natural lashes per day.
Natural eyelashes have a lifespan up to 30 days.
It is important to follow aftercare instructions to avoid damaging or cause pre-mature shedding.
Avoid water on your extensions for 24 hours after the service is complete
Do not use oils on or around your eyelash area.
Oils can break down the adhesive and cause pre-mature shedding.
Do not rub, pull or pick at your extensions.
Doing so can cause breakage to your natural eyelashes
Ditch the Mascara!
Mascara builds up between your extensions causing them to block any growth and creates bacteria, leading to eye infections
Avoid Gel Eyeliners
Brush your extensions at the tips only, gently on a daily basis
Clean your extensions daily using a fluffy eyeshadow brush and Lash Bath Foam to remove any buildup.
** Maintain your eyelashes by booking 2-3 weeks.
If you arrive to your appointment with less than 40% or no extensions, you will have to book and be charged for a new set. ***
